We Are Turning Into Plants, you asked what we thought of the first borns songs. here’s my opinion: “gene” is cool but goes on way too long and the vocals are mixed really poorly. i can’t understand a word the guy (or girl?) sings. the second song is cool too but still, the vocals, they just suck. the way it’s recorded and the way it sounds. it’s pretty much what keeps you guys from sounding any different than other bands like this.

Thanks for your feedback. If we wanted it to sound better we would have gone to a recording studio. If we wanted the vocals to be audible they would have been mixed higher.

It’s our band and it’s always going to sound the way WE want it to.

Also I’m not entirely sure what you mean by “other bands like this”
